Imagining Growth

This might mean simply growing profit on your current business or increasing turnover and profit on your business as it grows.

But what does growth mean? Do you need to grow your business so you have more income? Or more sustainability? Or a future? Do you need to grow your business so it can handle new orders?
Don’t just grow to increase your turnover and workload. Grow to increase your profitability and your sustainability! Grow for a future! Grow because you want to – don’t grow because it’s just happening without being planned. Grow for a reason!

So on the first day we explore the ‘imagining’ part of what you and your business could look like in the future: the BIGGER picture. And then on day two we will look at the practical part of getting there. What does ‘growth’ mean to you?

Whatever it is, this programme will help you along your path to success. It doesn’t matter what type of business you’re in, or what type of product you are selling or what type of service you are delivering, there are some fundamentals of business (and life!) that apply.
