We are looking at ways of engaging Ethnic Minorities with Public Sector Organisations, by breaking down barriers and myths that currently exist amongst communities, we are looking at ways of engaging Ethnic Minorities with the world of employment and training.

The main project outcome focuses on increased employment or self-employment amongst people from different groups and the chance to meet and learn about each other and break barriers to form common bonds.
