You only have to watch the news to realise that there are lots of threats to the  security of your critical business data out there. Some threats, like hackers, are malicious and some, like floods or just losing a disk, are purely accidental.

This workshop will focus on the key issues related to keeping data in your organisation safe. Everything from implementing policies and processes for information handling to hardening your IT and comms infrastructure.

We will be welcoming guest speakers from:

The session will include an eye opening demonstration and practical advice on keeping yourself secure.

We will finish with a light buffet and an opportunity to both network and discuss the key issue with the experts.

Do I need any IT knowledge?

This session is designed for small businesses who use standard business hardware and software to run their operations.  If you hold data electronically whether it's in the form of Word documents or your business accounts then this is for you.
