Surviving the Recession?

This seminar aims to assit SMEs in these troubled times by giving practical insight in the following key areas:

  • Managing finances: cash flow; credit control; and exploring alternative funding paths.
  • Managing client base: customer service/managing expections; and surviving your client's difficulties.
  • Exploiting new opportunities: business development is not optional
  • Looking for operational efficiencies: reviewing suppliers and policies; employee benefits

There are two speakers that have been invited, both with excellent reputations for helping SMEs see the wood for the trees. Adam Attwood works alongside business owners and management boards to help them create the greatest value from their businesses. In particular, he focuses on longer term startegic impact of current operational decisions and assits in continued business development.
