Well it’s no good having a brilliant product, a target market that you can reach effectively if you can’t manage the money to produce and sell it, and you can’t manage the systems and people to produce it and get it to the customers!

You need to be able to cost and price your product or service so you cover your production costs and make a profit. Your pricing strategy needs to fit your marketplace and your competitors and the product life cycle.

What is the workshop about?

The Women’s Business Development Agency have put together a free and informal ‘Finance’ workshop which help to teach you  the skills and procedures you will need to start and grow your business…

Plus teach you how to calculate the start up costs for your business, understand the financial aspects of running your business, formulate a pricing strategy, go through cash flow forecasts and much more!

Who is it for?

This workshop is for women who are thinking about starting up in business (need to live in the Coventry and Warwickshire area) and need help with the finance, legal and business management aspects of the business.
