Banks must strengthen relationships with small business

Banks must forge stronger links with small businesses in order to help them recover from the economic downturn, according to a recent report. A report by consultancy firm Capgemini, partnered by UniCredit and the European Financial Management and marketing Association (Efma), claims that banks should develop the role of relationship managers in order to encourage "closer client relationships".
