I'm not very techy, will I be able to follow it?
The online environment is designed to be very user friendly; if you have some basic IT skills then you will be fine. Using it will improve your skills at the same time. You will need an email address though to register. You will also need Adobe Reader to download the factsheets and tips as pdf documents. If you don't already have the software installed on your computer then click on http://www.adobe.com/ and then the free Adobe Reader and follow the instructions. The templates are all in Word.

I had a problem with registering. What should I do now?
You may find that your activation email went into your spam or junk folder on your email system. If you can't find it or have deleted it in error, then you won't be allowed to register again using the same email address for 72 hours when you can simply start again. (This time lag is to keep our site safe from intruders!). If you don't activate your account within 72 hours, then again you will not be allowed to enter the site, so do so as soon as you receive the email.
